About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled candidate with a strong background in foundry manufacturing processes, particularly high-pressure molding, automated core making, sand plant, and melting. You should have hands-on experience with casting inspection using surface plates and CMMs. Additionally, you should be familiar with PPAP, SPC, FMEA, APQP, MSA, and other quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate layout inspections for new development and ECN-related castings.
- Prepare PPAP documents to ensure first-time right and everything right.
- Ensure casting trials are conducted as per SOP and collect observations during trials.
- Conduct tooling inspections as per drawings before releasing for trials.
- Document complete process flows of casting development, including core making, handling/assembly, dipping, and setting at molding lines with production departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in foundry manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of foundry manufacturing processes, including high-pressure molding, automated core making, sand plant, and melting
- Hands-on experience with casting inspection using surface plates and CMMs
