Job Title: Test Lead – Mobile Application Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our QA team in mobile application testing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have strong leadership skills, and experience in setting up and managing QA processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Performing mobile application testing with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Setting up and optimizing QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Collaborating with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Preparing test plans, test cases, and QA reports ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.
  • Driving continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing manual and debugging.
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies defect lifecycle management and release cycles.
  • Excellent skills in defect triage bug reporting and defending bugs with developers.
  • Experience managing a team of QA engineers with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Preferred experience in banking domain applications lending loans.
