Shopify Store Manager

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Store Manager to lead our e-commerce team. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom, technical challenge, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement across multiple Shopify stores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement visually appealing product pages, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features and trends, leveraging this knowledge to optimize store performance and user experience.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong background in e-commerce and Shopify platform.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps, including Launchpad, Replo, Recharge, and other popular tools.
