- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor industry managing new product development.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field.
- Project management experience or roles with strong project management component.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of 8D and RCCA processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible in changing market environments, customer-oriented.
- Able to travel and attend conference calls.
$150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
