Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our finance and accounting operations. As a seasoned Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting in Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare accurate management information systems (MIS), profit & loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PT, and income tax regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory filings, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
  • Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
