Job Title: Process Trainer

As a process trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Hire Training (Classroom and computer-based training) is a crucial aspect of this role, ensuring that all new employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their positions.
  • Manage Training batches effectively, maintaining a 1:20 ratio for optimal learning outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and coaching on process quality and best practices, enabling trainees to improve their performance and adopt industry-leading standards.
  • Document feedback based on audit findings, facilitating data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Attend Weekly calibration calls with internal teams to synchronize efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training sessions within specified timelines, adhering to set deadlines and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Assess trainee performance during tests, evaluating their understanding of key concepts and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Manage databases, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis, leveraging technical expertise to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Motivate associates through effective management and career development strategies, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Perform process transactions on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and activities.
  • Undergo TTT certification and stay updated on new products/training phases, solidifying your position as a subject matter expert in the field.
