Seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Lead to manage Wintel operations, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver BAU services and infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage global Wintel operations in partnership with service providers.
  • Lead 24x7 BAU activities, incident response, and escalations with technical depth.
  • Govern patch compliance, performance optimization, and infrastructure hardening.
Project Management & Technical Delivery
  • Execute technical delivery of infrastructure projects, including OS upgrades, migrations, and platform transitions.
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions for business requirements.
  • Drive initiatives for virtualization, automation, capacity planning, and legacy system upgrades.
Governance, Compliance & Audit
  • Maintain internal controls, GxP, and InfoSec policies.
  • Review EOL/EOS platforms and define decommission strategies.
  • Resolve audit findings, document evidence, and support RCA processes.

Requirements: Graduation, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, VMware VCP , Hyperconverged, ITIL Foundation, Scripting language VB, Bash or Powershell, 10-12 years experience.
