As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies as well as stages of their business operations.

You will have a multi-faceted role, wherein you will be required to assume a front-end plus backend role to ensure the success of customers using our services, and manage our relationships with them on an ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities include structuring funding rounds in light of current market conditions & suitable investor needs, advising and consulting clients, ensuring quality services are delivered to the client, and adhering to strict deadlines and managing multiple deals together.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience is preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent written & spoken English is required.
