About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute business development strategies for specialty flame retardant chemicals. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or business development of flame retardant chemicals, strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Develop and execute BD strategy for specialty flame retardant chemicals and ingredients used for masterbatch manufacturing.
• Identify potential customers across the plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics industries.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to product positioning.
• Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
• Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or business development of flame retardant chemicals.
• Strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
