Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to expand, develop, implement and operationalize our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a vision for the future of cloud technologies and the ability to develop and execute a plan to achieve it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate from local server environments to GCP-based cloud architecture
  • Work with compliance teams to ensure design meets requirements
  • Monitor and performance-tune the cloud environment
  • Share knowledge and awareness of alternative cloud environments and services
  • Identify and propose new work opportunities
  • Document and recommend best practices and articulate process improvements
  • Develop automation and/or applications
  • Automate data transfer using file transfer technologies such as SFTP etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure, application security and cloud experience
  • Knowledge of Java microservices and experience with Google Cloud
  • Ability to learn fast, adapt to new technology and keep current with industry developments
  • Experience with OpenShift Kafka Kubernetes and Springboot programming language
