About the Role

As a seasoned campaign professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. Your analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns will be essential in driving campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring KPIs (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are being met or exceeded.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and share detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign success and ensure smooth communication with clients.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly to minimize impact on campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in campaign management (programmatic / UA / digital advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
