Marketing Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Create and implement offline marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns such as print ads, billboards, brochures, and airport branding.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline channels.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination: Collaborate with vendors for quotations, materials, and logistics.
- Partnership & Sponsorship: Identify and negotiate partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage offline marketing budgets.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing of Real Estate industry. Hands on experience on SAP Hana. Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
