Accounting Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an accountant in a finance team, where you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. You will also be tasked with accounts receivable and accounts payable, vendor payments and customer invoicing, ensuring statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, and income tax provisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
  • Vendor payments and customer invoicing
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, and income tax provisions
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: B.Com (mandatory), CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA (preferred)
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance
  • Required skills: Technical skills, soft skills, sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and basic financial controls, proficiency in MS Excel
