We are seeking a highly experienced accounting professional to lead our team.

Job Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Senior Accounting Manager with over 3 years of experience in end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Operations:
  • Ensuring the accurate and systematic recording of accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining and reviewing records of invoices, expense bills, receipts from payment gateways, FIRC, etc.
  • Conducting thorough ledgers scrutiny and finalizing books of accounts in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintaining trackers such as Fixed Asset Register (FAR), prepaid expenses, and provisions to ensure smooth financial management.
  • Performing comprehensive reconciliations for:
  • Form 26AS,
  • Payment gateway transactions for e-commerce service providers,
  • GST inputs VS books,
  • TDS payments VS books.
  • Tracking pending accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash flow.
  • Managing payments and banking systems to ensure timely disbursements and collections.
  • Reviewing and finalizing financial statements to provide stakeholders with accurate insights.
  • Preparing detailed financial statements and periodic Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to inform business decisions.
  • Preparing cash flow statements and budgets to ensure strategic planning.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Computing and filing tax deducted at source (TDS) and e-TDS returns in adherence to tax laws.
  • Filing GST returns (GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B) on time to avoid penalties.
  • Handling TCS on GST for e-commerce transactions to comply with regulations.
  • Managing Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance to meet statutory obligations.
  • Calculating and paying advance taxes in accordance with tax codes.
  • Filing income tax returns accurately to avoid audits.
  • Managing compliance with other labour laws, including Forms D and U to maintain a favourable legal standing.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Collecting income tax declarations and computing TDS as per Section 192 to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Processing payroll using GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, or other software, in compliance with statutory acts such as the Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Shops and Establishment Act, and other labour laws to ensure accurate salary disbursals.
