Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior PMO Professional to lead a high-visibility Windchill v13 Upgrade Project.

This project is critical for the healthcare and life sciences industry, with significant impact on business continuity and platform modernization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), particularly PTC Windchill, and experience in leading IT projects of medium to large size in matrixed environments.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Windchill v13 upgrade plan, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement detailed project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating industry standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as escalation point for project risks and issues, applying structured problem-solving to resolve challenges.
  • Oversee validation protocols and compliance deliverables in accordance with FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Skills & Competencies: Vendor Management, Migration & Upgrade Experience, Validation & Regulated Industry Knowledge, Communication & Governance, Change & Adoption Management, Budget & Financial Tracking, Soft Skills.
