As a visual creative, you play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic of our brand. You will contribute to every stage from research and conceptualization to design development and execution.

Your day-to-day is fast-paced, often fun, and never boring. You have an innate ability to understand the creative brief and craft stunning visuals that capture attention.

Your responsibilities shall encompass

  • Collaborating with the design team to conceptualize and develop visual solutions for advertising campaigns across various channels and formats.
  • Designing and producing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet client needs and standards.
  • Creating reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.
  • Continuously researching and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and applying them to improve the quality of the creatives.
  • Working closely with the account team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects.

To succeed in this role

  • Experience in a design environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual skills and experience in creating ad banners for different channels and formats.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and conceptual skills with a high sense of design, illustration, layout, and typography.
  • Hands-on experience with key design-related software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • Grasp of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
  • Previous work on website graphics, branding, motion graphics/ animation/ video is a plus.
  • A portfolio that proves you're passionate about your work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in related areas like UI/UX design, or other related fields.
