Job Title:

Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Overview:

The Mechanical Design Engineer plays a pivotal role in researching and developing innovative designs for various sectors.

Main responsibilities include collaborating with clients and colleagues to create design briefs, utilizing mathematical expertise to craft solutions, evaluating the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs, assessing usability, environmental impact, and safety, and preparing material and hardware specifications.

In addition, the successful candidate will oversee the development process, track progress and costs, and maintain open communication with clients.

Necessary skills include GD&T knowledge, basic materials selection and manufacturing processes, sheet metal and parts design, industrial automation systems, and standard component procurement.

Requirements:

Candidate qualifications: BE (Mechanical) / Diploma/ B.tech degree

Software proficiency: Solid Works (3D CAD), 3D designing, 2D drawing, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in Manufacturing Industry
