Affluent Wealth Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Affluent Wealth Relationship Manager. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients and providing them with tailored financial solutions.

Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with your clients, understand their financial goals, and develop strategies to help them achieve those goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients and provide them with tailored financial solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and develop strategies to help them achieve those goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product teams and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Wealth management experience preferred.
  • Insurance experience, retail relationship management profile.
Skills:
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation: Marketing/Finance.
  • AMFI Certification.
  • NCFM Certification (Optional).
  • CAIIB.
  • IRDA.
  • Sales and Influencing Skills.
  • Banking Product & Process Knowledge.
  • Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills.
  • Planning and Organizing Skills.
  • Communication.
  • Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
