Backend Software Developer for Cloud-based Systems

About the Role:

Anzyglobal is seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based systems and APIs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative software solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance backend systems and APIs using programming languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and design for backend services.
  • Develop database structures (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and scalability.
  • Work with frontend engineers to integrate backend services with UI components and collaborate on overall product architecture.
  • Conduct unit tests, performance tuning, debugging, and code reviews. Document backend services, APIs, and architecture for ease of maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar.
  • Backend Frameworks: Experience with backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, Flask, or similar.
  • Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing backend services.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab).
  • Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for managing microservices and containers.
  • Security: Strong understanding of backend security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).

Education:

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
