Job Summary

This is a leadership role that oversees the implementation of streamlined Procure to Pay processes and systems, collaborating with business stakeholders for process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in purchasing processes & tools, including SAP S2P. They will lead cross-functional teams and be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting standardized S2P processes across the organization.
  • Analysing existing S2P processes and adapting them to systems in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leading IT/Delivery programs in the S2P space, focusing on (S2C, Direct procurement, master data).
  • Identifying and implementing best practices in collaboration with global procurement teams.
  • Providing expertise on S2P processes and systems to various business units.
  • Mobilizing and integrating cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting Fit to Template analyses within project scope.
  • Monitoring and further developing the harmonized S2P landscape globally.
  • Analysing value drivers and monitoring realization of benefits.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies and/or several years of professional experience in purchasing processes & tools.
  • Several years of professional experience in Procurement Processes and Systems (SAP S2P).
  • Professional attitude with results-oriented work style and customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility, openness, empathy, assertiveness, and commitment.
  • Talent for motivating and convincing project team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive success proactively.

  • Expert knowledge of end-to-end purchasing processes and purchasing tools: SAP ERP (S4 Hana, SAP Material Management, Source to Contract, Master Data, MDG-S etc.) & MS Office etc.
