Part-time Professor of Practice in Law

We are seeking a part-time Professor of Practice in Law to join our Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Information Systems at IÉSEG School of Management. As a Professor of Practice, you will play a key role in teaching courses in Private Law, ideally in a comparative and trans-national perspective, such as Personal Data Protection, Company Law, Trademark Law, and International Business Law at the undergraduate, graduate, and/or postgraduate level.
About the Department
The Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Information Systems is a dynamic and diverse group of over 20 permanent academic staff who teach and conduct research in various areas, including Information Systems, Law, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation. We are committed to providing a supportive and engaging work environment, and we offer a range of resources to help new faculty members integrate into our community.
About the Position
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of our Department's programs and will be expected to have strong teaching skills, as well as a good linkage to the corporate world. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not a requirement. We also encourage applicants to evidence a good linkage to the corporate world, in particular via the practice of a professional activity, including freelance. The position does not have a research mission, however research, in particular via case-studies, is encouraged.
Requirements
Applicants should hold a PhD for a full-time position (or be close to obtaining it) and have a relevant professional experience in the corporate environment.
