Optimizing Solar Energy Systems

This role involves performance modeling, component evaluation, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. This engineer will contribute to innovative and efficient solar project solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to design and optimize solar energy systems.
- Utilize design software to model system performance.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
Technical Skills and Experience:
Software proficiency: AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, ETAP, MS Office, Solargraf, Aurora Solar.
Project management experience: managing design projects from conception to implementation.
Renewable energy systems understanding: solar energy systems integration into existing infrastructure.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Design/Electrical engineering with a focus on solar energy projects.
Psihosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioural Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Management experience a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset. Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with superiors, peers, partners, and other stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
