Key Job Responsibilities

This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our travel platform. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker passionate about creating innovative travel solutions that enhance user experience.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and engaging interfaces.
  • Conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.
  • Working closely with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product objectives are met.
  • Establishing key performance indicators for new features and monitoring the impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Gathering and integrating customer feedback to guide product improvements and innovations.
  • Leading agile project management processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Negotiating and collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers to enhance product offerings.
  • Ensuring products comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Planning and overseeing the rollout of new features and ensuring smooth market introduction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Travel industry acumen with a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Technical proficiency with comfort working with technology teams and understanding technical challenges that impact the product.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • User-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering user-centered design and functionality in products.
  • Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to see beyond current trends and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educational background preferably an MBA or related master's degree with a focus on Marketing or Technology.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing product needs and market conditions.
