Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and able to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, setting up, and executing campaigns across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per install (CPI), cost per action (CPA), return on investment (ROI) are being met.
  • Optimizing campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Preparing and sharing detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in campaign management, specifically in programmatic, user acquisition, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Adjust.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
