Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager 

About the Role:

The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees inventory control and warehouse management across multiple locations, ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor daily inventory levels using management systems, identifying issues such as shortages, near expiry, damages, and excess inventory.
  • Warehouse Supervision:
    • Supervise day-to-day operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatching.
    • Ensure adherence to defined turnaround time standards for B2B and B2C orders.
  • Audits and Reconciliation:
    • Conduct regular and surprise audits at warehouses and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Cost Optimization:
    • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage monthly billing data related to warehousing, storage, and handling.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Generate reports on GRN TAT, stock accuracy, replenishment performance, and non-moving inventory.
    • Share insights with stakeholders to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in inventory management within an FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, WMS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with lean inventory practices is beneficial.
