High-Performance Network Operations Center Engineer

As a key member of the network operations team, you will develop and maintain high-performance networks ensuring security and reliability.
You will provide guidance to a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks for users.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of network administration and architecture.
Additionally, we are seeking someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and data protection.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Service Operation Management
- Monitoring of IT infrastructure: Servers, Storage, Backup, Network (Switch, Router, Firewall), Security Devices
- Classification and Qualification of alerts from monitoring platforms
- Proficient in multiple monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Able to perform initial trouble shooting on tickets and resolve simple issues promptly
- Major Incident Management and participation in collaborative calls
- Fair understanding of Layer 1 / Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies
- Eager to learn new-age technologies
- Closely coordinate with Team Leads on task queue management
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum of 2/3+ years experience in a similar technical role
- Ability to work well under high-pressure situations
- Quick learning ability and capacity to deal with a wide range of complex issues
