Digital Marketing Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead online demand generation and digital visibility. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketing professional with experience in B2B SaaS, digital campaign execution, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with sales and product objectives.
  • Design scalable, full-funnel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.

SEO/SEM Management:

  • Drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO techniques including on-page optimization, technical audits, and backlink strategies.
  • Manage paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to optimize ROI across geographies and personas.

Content Marketing & Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to execute integrated campaigns leveraging blogs, ebooks, case studies, and videos.
  • Map content strategy to buyer journey stages and target audience personas.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing:

  • Build and optimize workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Design and run personalized nurture campaigns to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and BI dashboards to inform strategy.

Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align digital campaigns with customer pain points and product messaging.
  • Manage agency relationships, freelancers, and junior marketing staff where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, and retargeting tools.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM integration, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
