About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimize advanced analytics models to address complex business challenges.

You will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from large datasets, developing predictive algorithms, and creating robust machine learning pipelines. Additionally, you will analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights and patterns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematics skills, including statistics, probability, linear algebra, and calculus, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience working with various database systems and big data technologies.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development, including bias detection and mitigation techniques, is also essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems
  • Performing feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to optimize model performance and accuracy
  • Creating and maintaining data processing pipelines for efficient data collection, cleaning, transformation, and integration
  • Evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques to ensure reliability and robustness
  • Implementing A/B testing and experimental design methodologies to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of implemented solutions
Requirements

The successful candidate will have 5-12 years of demonstrated expertise in applying advanced statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques. Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure and experience working with various database systems and big data technologies are also required.
