  • The successful candidate will design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance software solutions across multiple teams, driving operational efficiency and excellence.
  • You will establish best practices for software development, system architecture, security, and performance optimization, embedding a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • A strong advocate for modern engineering practices, including DevOps, microservices, and cloud-native architectures, you will drive their adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and business, you will contribute to driving product development and growth.
  • You will oversee technical roadmaps, ensuring timely execution and delivery of projects, guaranteeing high system reliability, availability, and performance.
  • A champion of innovation, open-source contributions, and continuous learning, you will nurture a culture of excellence within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling and managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, with experience in full-stack development.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing microservices, distributed systems, and API architectures.
  • Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
  • Experience in handling high-scale applications with millions of users.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for mentorship, talent development, and fostering an engineering culture of excellence.
