Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing ITSFI applications as part of a long-term project.

  • Work independently to test ITSFI applications.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, application build IT teams, and other IT teams within the project to meet World Bank Group internal standards and guidelines.
Technical Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with web automation tools like Selenium with Java/C# and Playwright.

  • Designing automation frameworks and familiarity with Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps are essential skills.
  • Proficiency in Jmeter and SonarQube is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of technology environments such as Azure, Azure SQL, and MSSQL.
General Skills and Abilities:

We are looking for a certified ISTQB professional with strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices.

  • Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse team members.
