HCC Coding Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HCC coder to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully review clinical evidence from medical records to identify and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes, particularly those related to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs).
  • Provide precise and appropriate HCC coding in accordance with established coding standards and rules.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure accurate recording and coding of diagnoses and chronic illnesses.
  • Collaborate with clinical and quality assurance teams to clarify documentation and ensure coding is supported by the medical record.
  • Achieve daily productivity goals to deliver a seamless revenue cycle for clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in HCC coding.
  • Life Science graduation only.
