We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized finance professional to support our team with day-to-day accounting, administrative, and secretarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial documents and records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts accurately.
  • Keep track of customer invoices and send reminders as necessary.
  • Arrange for payments from customers and follow up on any outstanding balances.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets for the organization.
  • Provide regular updates to management on finance activities and progress.
  • Carry out supplementary tasks in admin and accounts as required.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role is essential.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are vital.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are necessary.
