About You

We're seeking an experienced technologist with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams within consumer technology companies. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, microservices, and data engineering will help us scale our products to serve millions of users.

  • You have 10-15+ years of experience in building and leading technology teams within consumer technology companies.
  • You have a proven track record of scaling consumer tech products that serve 10M-100M+ users.
  • You have leadership experience managing engineering teams of 25-100 people across multiple functions (Android, iOS, Server, Web, etc.).
Key Skills & Expertise

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in AI/ML-driven personalization, large-scale distributed systems, and API platforms. Your experience in driving consumer innovation, rapid experimentation, and engineering excellence will be invaluable to our team.

  • Expertise in subscriptions, payments, and ad-tech monetization.
  • Prior experience in news, content, social media, or digital media platforms.
  • Understanding of vernacular content ecosystems and Bharat-specific user behaviors.
  • Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, digital content, and interactive media.
