Job Description

We are seeking an expert in crafting ground-breaking customer engagement roadmaps that demonstrate the Salesforce applications and platform across the machine learning and LLM/GPT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary technical authority for AI usage within the Salesforce product portfolio, covering Einstein ML capabilities and new generative AI.
  • Customer-facing role (60%+), evangelising Salesforce AI capabilities and assessing customer requirements and use cases.
  • Solution proposals, collaborating with Architects and Solution Engineers.
  • Building reference models/ideas/approaches for GPT-based products within Salesforce solution architectures, especially involving Data Cloud.
  • Alignment with customer security and privacy teams on trust capabilities and values of our solutions.
  • Presenting at multiple customer events, from single account sessions to major strategic events.
