Kindergarten Instructional Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, teaching essential skills, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive teaching plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Teach fundamental skills, including literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional intelligence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through creative activities and games.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Evaluate student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted support.
• Adhere to established teaching standards and safety protocols to ensure a secure and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or equivalent role.
• In-depth knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and creativity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bonus points for additional teaching certifications or licenses, such as Montessori.
