Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous inspector with expertise in electronics and strong knowledge of IPC standards, harness assembly guidelines, ESD practices, and component-level inspection.

The role involves conducting rigorous environmental tests such as thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, altitude, shock, and ingress protection (IP) tests on electronic units, performing EMI/EMC testing as per applicable military, automotive, or aerospace standards, preparing and verifying test setups, fixtures, and monitoring instruments, and documenting all test procedures, results, and observations accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive environmental tests such as thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, altitude, shock, and ingress protection (IP) tests on electronic units
  • Perform EMI/EMC testing as per relevant military, automotive, or aerospace standards
  • Prepare and verify test setups, fixtures, and monitoring instruments to ensure optimal performance
  • Document all test procedures, results, and observations accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot failures and support root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, ESD, and calibration requirements
  • Participate in audits and maintain readiness for regulatory and customer inspections
  • Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory
