Senior Associate Credit
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Credit. The successful candidate will have relevant experience and will work closely with the lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities- Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
- Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
- Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
- Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely deal execution.
- Maintain attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.
- 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions or lenders.
- Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good understanding of Financial Modeling
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Fully remote based in India.
