Job Title: SAP FICA Consultant

About the Role

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the financial needs of a multinational organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can leverage their technical expertise in SAP FICA to drive business growth and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with finance teams to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Configure and maintain FI-CA components, including dunning, payments, account determination, write-offs, refunds, security deposits, promise to pay, and interest.
  • Design and implement end-to-end implementations, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, driving problem resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop functional specifications and test cases, working collaboratively with offshore and onsite teams.
  • Capture and validate business requirements, creating high-level test traceability matrices and providing training and testing support.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in SAP FICA implementation and maintenance.
  • Excellent knowledge of interfacing needs with third-party applications.
  • Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and application mapping.
  • Strong analytical and design skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment, communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP testing tools, such as HPQC, QTP, and TAO.
