Post Silicon Validation Engineer: A Key Role in Ensuring Device Reliability

At LeadSOC Technologies, we are currently seeking a Post Silicon Validation Engineer to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in the development of reliable and high-quality devices.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough validation of silicon designs to ensure they meet specifications. This includes ensuring that FPGA-based systems are designed and validated efficiently, and complex protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4/5, and Memory are developed, implemented, and validated.

Additionally, the engineer will be working on integration-focused tasks, with 80% of their time spent ensuring seamless system-level testing and design. Troubleshooting board-level issues with a mix of simple and complex designs is also a key responsibility of this role.

As a Post Silicon Validation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new protocols to improving existing ones. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design meets the required standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge in RTL design and implementation principles
  • Expertise in FPGA design flow and validation processes

  • Hands-on exposure to debugging techniques (board level & design level)
  • Familiarity with Xilinx / Intel toolchains
  • Understanding of complex protocols
