Video Production Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Video Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video production logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and equipment management.

This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in video production coordination. Knowledge of video editing software and equipment is also required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage production calendars to ensure alignment with organizational timelines.
  • Coordinate end-to-end video production logistics, providing creative direction when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, including contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain production equipment to ensure its availability and functionality.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in video production logistics and coordination.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
