This is an opportunity to join our growing remote team as a Graduate Structural Engineer. You will collaborate full-time with experienced engineers who are eager to share their knowledge and skills with you.

We are looking for a recent Master's graduate in Structural Engineering who has completed their degree in 2024/2025 with strong academic performance (First Class with Distinction or equivalent). Ideally, you have graduated from a top-tier Indian university (IIT, NIT, IISc, etc.) and have a solid theoretical knowledge of reinforced concrete, cement-based structures, and steel design.

You should be familiar with AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software (academic or project use) and have excellent English communication skills. Additionally, you should be motivated, reliable, and willing to learn from senior engineers. As this role is designed for remote work, we require that you are able to work under a GSTIN-registered freelance/consultant setup.
