Senior Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Agentic AI Developer to lead the development of our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in AI, programming skills, and experience with large language models.

  1. Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  2. Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  3. Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  4. Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  5. Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  7. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  9. Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  10. Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
