Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles receive the highest level of maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, using advanced tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and estimated completion times.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a vehicle technician.
• A strong understanding of vehicle systems and mechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
