Position Overview:

Experience in leading and optimizing performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels is key to success in this role.

This position involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Lead B2B SaaS marketing experience with deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Lead paid campaign creation and management across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with proven results.
  • Significant experience handling large-scale marketing budgets.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, social media, and other channels.
