Job Title: Automation Engineer with Python and Scala Experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Python.

You will work closely with development teams to understand product requirements and test scenarios. Your role will involve writing and executing test cases to validate software functionality and performance.

In addition, you will use testing frameworks like PyTest or Robot Framework for automation execution. You will also develop or enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing test results, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers for resolutions. You will utilize Scala to interact with back-end systems or for custom test utilities.

As an Automation Engineer, you will contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting efforts. You will also maintain documentation related to test strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
