Visual Identity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for evolving and maintaining our visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Evolving and refining our brand identity by refreshing our visual language, including logo, typography, color palette, and imagery style, to align with our values and audience.
- Creating a style guide that clearly defines our brand identity and guides all design and communication efforts.
- Maintaining brand consistency across our website, marketing materials, product interface, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns, ensuring everything is on-brand and effective.
- Designing a variety of marketing materials, from brochures to presentations to website graphics and social media assets.
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the product interface reflects our brand and offers a seamless user experience.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, using insights to inform brand decisions.
Requirements:
- A solid portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, particularly in digital marketing and branding.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with experience in Webflow and Framer being a plus.
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at an early-stage startup.
