Customer Support Specialist

Gemni is a leading manufacturer of machinery for various food products.

This role involves managing large amounts of customer interactions, generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing emails, calls, and other customer communications
  • Generating sales leads through effective communication
  • Coordinating between organisation and customers
  • Building strong customer relationships and trust through interactive communication
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts
  • Following communication procedures and guidelines
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience or marketing skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English: verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge in SAP B1 is an added advantage
