Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of scalable and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in REST APIs, backend, frontend development, and modern CI/CD practices.

  • Oversight and contribution to full-stack development efforts with strong backend ownership and frontend integration.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions to meet business needs.
  • Drive and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and system design sessions.
  • Communicate effectively across product, QA, DevOps, and management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong backend development experience in .NET, Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, or Laravel.
  • Solid frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API design and integration.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience in technical design, architecture, and delivering production-grade systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead a development team, resolve conflicts, and ensure project delivery.
