Project Manager - Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Civil Engineer to manage various aspects of construction projects, supervise crew members, prepare estimates, and ensure quality assurance.

  • Organize materials and maintain a safe working environment on site.
  • Prepare cost estimates and ensure necessary tools and materials are available.
  • Provide technical guidance and suggestions for project improvement.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and negotiate with suppliers for optimal contracts.
  • Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Develop work schedules and communicate updates to team members and clients.
  • Compile reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks, schedule meetings, and provide feedback to the team.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, experience in interior projects, especially commercial spaces, and strong leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, be able to apply logical thinking, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Ensure all site activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Crew Supervision: Supervise and direct crew members to achieve project goals.
  • Estimating: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in construction management, particularly in interior projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to apply logical thinking and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
