**Senior Financial Analyst Position Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished senior financial analyst with 15–20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and SAP-enabled transformation to join our European operations, whilst being based out of India.

The successful candidate will be a trusted finance leader with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise (FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA) and proven experience across order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), plan-to-product (P2P), and request-to-service (R2S) cycles.

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes as a SAP S/4HANA FICO subject matter expert.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership and Planning
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and ensure best-in-class process excellence.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles for streamlined billing, collections, revenue recognition, purchasing, vendor management, payment cycles, costing, product lifecycle, profitability analysis, and service delivery aligned with financial and operational KPIs.
Financial Expertise and Innovation
  • Provide business insights through advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
Team Development and Collaboration
  • Build and mentor finance teams to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Act as a business advisor to senior management, aligning financial planning with strategic growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
